Security Deposit plus first months rent will be due at the sigining of the lease. The day that you move in is the first day of your rental month.

I understand that this is a routing application to establish credit, character, employment, and rental history. I also understand that this is NOT an agreement to rent and that all applications must be approved. I authorize verification of references given. I declare that the statement above are true and correct, and I agree that the landlord may terminate my agreement entered into in reliance on any misstatement made above. By electronically signing below applicant gives consent to Bridge Storage Arts and Events to obtain and verify their consumer information including a credit report and other public records that the tenant will pay for.
