Annual Membership is required.
The Annual Membership will enable you to set up your business and apply for an annual business license and a Caterer or Temporary Food Facility Permit, with approval from Bridge Kitchen. It also covers the cost for Hood Cleanings, ANSEL inspections, Fire Inspections, Fire Sprinkler Inspections, and other shared costs.
